The Role
As a Finance & Strategy Associate, you will work directly with the founding team on live client engagements across financial modelling, FP&A, M&A, and fundraising. This is not a support role. From day one, you will have real ownership of client work, real exposure to complex financial decisions, and a real seat at the table.
Responsibilities
- Build financial models, business forecasts, and valuation analyses across sectors and deal types
- Prepare investor presentations, information memorandums, and pitch decks
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and sector mapping
- Drive client projects end to end and contribute to internal strategic initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- A graduate in Finance, Commerce, Management, or Economics
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong financial research skills
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and intellectually curious
- Someone who takes initiative and does not wait to be told what to do
- Available full-time, in-office in Jaipur
